Our Rav 4 would not start (clicked like a bad starter) and when I called the dealership they suggested jumping the battery which I did not know how to do so they sent two employees to my home (less than 10 minutes away). The car started immediately and all the messages and flashing dash lights were related to the dead battery. I drove it to the dealer and in two hours I was back home with a perfectly functioning car. I am 85 years old and the Classic dealership is a blesssing.

I got a used (almost new/160 miles on it) 2026 Toyota Sienna XLE a few weeks ago. The vehicle was in great condition and continues to run flawlessly. The price was very good given the high demand and lack of availability of this vehicle. My experience with the staff was great and I was very satisfied with the experience. I have used their service department for a couple of years now and am equally satisfied with that service too.
I have never had such great service. This place will go above and beyond for you. I purchased a used 2023 Corolla which had been having intermittent battery issues since purchasing. They travelled over 2 hours to replace the battery for me. Service this exceptional deserves to be recognized. They were friendly, kind, respectful and made real effort to satisfy my needs and stand behind their product. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience and post sale experience. Went in for a recall on my 2013 Toyota Corolla that I did not purchase from them. They did the recall gave me a complimentary inspection, told me a few things they saw that would need my attention and gave me a quote if I wanted them to fix it. Chris handled my experience today and he was wonderful to work with! Fantastic customer service!

Overall one of the nicest experiences in buying a car and last time I bought one was16 years ago. Sales Consultant, Micah Imeli was professional and courteous. Came hoping to see a couple cars that appeared on the website which were already sold, but he found and we bought another car that had come in on the lot of the make and model with low milage that I was looking for. Am very pleased with my purchase which included trade in at just the right price & monthly payment in my budget also. Am glad to recommend him.

I have been taking my Highlander for service at Toyota for almost 10yrs. I took in my highlander for service and let my advisor Angie Rodriguez about my concerns, they found the issue and got it fixed as soon as they could after back to back issues. My service agent is awesome but the rest of the team has no personality. They do not greet or say anything to you. Usually you pull up to a dealership Toyota...someone's getting up and helping check you in. Not really sure why the other 3 plus agents just sit there.
